Tumblr is the greatest social media platform because this is literally the only site where I can casually imply that the proper plural of “Spider-Man” is “Spiders-Men” and get absolutely zero pushback.

Nah I’ll push back against that, you can’t pluralise it twice. It’s obviously Spiders-Man!

The fun thing about pluralising only “Spiders” is that it implies “Spider-Man” is a French style trailing-adjective construction, like “surgeons general”, and hence that “spider” is the noun, and “man” the adjective.
